Includes everything in Basic, plus: • 4 seasonal visits (Quarterly) • Gutter cleaning (up to 2 stories) • HVAC filter replacement (filters included) • Water heater inspection & flush • Dryer vent cleaning • Electrical panel and outlet safety check • Priority scheduling for service calls • Up to 2 hours of minor repairs per year
