Plan includes: • 2 scheduled seasonal visits (Spring & Fall) • HVAC filter check & replacement (filters provided by homeowner) • Smoke & carbon monoxide detector testing • Visual roof & gutter inspection (no repairs) • Caulking/sealant inspection (windows, doors) • Basic plumbing leak check (visible pipes & fixtures) • Minor repairs (up to 30 minutes per visit)
